Branch Administrator, RN

Oversee all clinical and operational aspects of the branch, managing day-to-day operations, leading supervisory staff, and ensuring compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards. Direct quality assurance, documentation, and regulatory readiness while participating in budgeting to achieve key performance goals. Act as a clinical resource and provide occasional support for RN Case Management. Build strong relationships with community partners and referral sources. Requires an active RN license, minimum three years of hospice experience, and one year of leadership experience. Full-time, salaried exempt role in Fredericktown, MO.
