Job Summary
Coordinate administrative, financial, and compliance processes to ensure branch operations remain efficient, organized, and audit-ready. Deliver seamless onboarding experiences for new agents while providing responsive support and access to necessary tools. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, leverage technology, and champion operational excellence across the office. Maintain a professional environment that supports agent growth, recruitment initiatives, and retention efforts. Ensure regulatory requirements, board obligations, and health and safety standards are consistently met. Manage multiple priorities with high accuracy in a fast-paced setting where active trading is not permitted.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A customer-first mindset with strong verbal and written communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service
- A proactive, adaptable approach to problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems and technology
- Experience working in residential real estate, brokerage operations, or another client-focused administrative environment
- Familiarity with Lone Wolf, BrokerBay, RECO processes, or other real estate technology and compliance systems
- Active trading is not permitted during your employment in this role
