Job Summary
Complete administrative tasks including job lot billing, scanning/faxing orders, and providing proofs of delivery. Process customer credits and deductions, investigate LIV workflows, and coordinate the generation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Approve and key daily transactions such as returns to suppliers, customer returns, and miscellaneous billings. Implement and participate in Quality Improvement Teams to streamline administrative functions and enhance service effort. File documents, maintain tax certificate files, back up the receptionist, manage company records, and participate in annual inventory and closing work. Review and approve reports in accordance with Company instructions, suggest corrective actions, and suggest and implement appropriate corrective actions. Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm.
Required Qualifications
- High School education
- 1 year experience required
- Experience with MS Word
- Experience with Excel
- Experience with Outlook
- Experience with SAP
- Strong data entry and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task while providing detailed, accurate information to various teams/functions across the organization
- Ability to interface with all levels of employees and management
- Monday through Friday - 7:30am to 4:30pm
