Job Summary
Branch Administrator for Coral Gables office supporting accounts payable, licensing/registration of branch personnel, timecard approval, onboarding of recruits, HR liaison on compensation and benefits inquiries, maintaining branch performance reports, processing travel and expense reports, coordinating recruiting and meetings, and events planning. Also handles office supply, facilities management, and technology support for branch operations, reporting to the Branch Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor�s degree required
- 1-2 years financial services/fixed income experience would be highly beneficial
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Able to interface and articulate with all levels of employees and clients in a highly professional manner
