Job Summary
Senior Branch Administrator provides administrative and operational support to leadership and teams within the branch. This role supports day-to-day operations, financial tracking, reporting, meeting coordination, and general office management in a fast-paced professional environment. Key duties include acting as the main administrative contact for HR, IT, Finance, and Office Services; managing calendars, emails, meetings, and travel for leadership; screening inquiries; maintaining branch records; coordinating meetings and events with logistics such as venues and catering; liaising with vendors; tracking and reconciling branch budgets, expenses, invoices, and accruals; preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports; compiling data for reports, presentations, and databases; supporting programs, projects, audits, and risk management including JIRA updates; and aiding senior management and board committees with reporting and follow-ups.
Required Qualifications
- College or university diploma in a related field
- 3+ years of administrative experience in a professional office environment
- Experience supporting multiple leaders and coordinating events
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
