Job Summary
Branch Administrative Assistant II provides clerical and branch-office support: replying to calls, distributing mail, preparing reports and correspondence, coordinating with escrow and title/document items, auditing loan files for accuracy, assisting the Branch Manager, handling schedules, coordinating meetings/events, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with basic IT/troubleshooting. Requires high school diploma (or equivalent), 3+ years in administrative roles, strong MS Office skills, fast and accurate typing (60-70 wpm), excellent communication, confidentiality, and customer-service focus. The role supports mortgage lending operations and requires organized, detail-oriented multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
