Oversee and support branch operations as Branch Administration Administrative Assistant I. Generate management reports to aid branch profitability; prepare and update essential documents for meetings; facilitate processes for internal and external customers to enhance branch experience; manage office equipment, supplies, and branch image; create market branch schedule deviations; collaborate with other departments; provide backup for staff time/attendance reviews; analyze sales reports and support sales strategies; perform teller operation functions as needed; demonstrate MS Office proficiency; strong communication and organizational skills; bilingual preferred for border markets.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-3 years retail banking or customer service related experience preferred
