Job Summary
Brake and Tire Technician for U-Haul. Primary responsibilities include securing trucks on lifts and ramps, performing tire and brake maintenance, mounting/dismounting and balancing tires, occasional road tests, and working on a production line. Uses a proprietary electronic pre-inspection checklist and may assist in additional areas as directed by supervisor. Requires basic mechanical aptitude, 1-2 years of repair experience preferred, and a valid driver’s license. Must be able to work as part of a team and individually in a hands-on environment; safety gear may be required.
