Brake Press Setup/Operator

Set-up and operate brake presses and other machines to support production, positioning workpieces manually or with a hoist. Select feed rates, cutting speeds, depth of cuts, and tooling while verifying finished work conformance, including machining plastics or non-metal products. Detect defective materials or questionable conditions for management review, maintain a clean work area following safety procedures, and inspect machined products with documented paperwork. Perform fabrication, lay-up, infiltration, and other assigned duties as needed. Full-time, 40 hours per week, 1st or 2nd shift.
