Job Summary
Set up, program, and operate press brake equipment to produce high-quality metal components according to engineering drawings and production specifications. Read shop drawings and blueprints, determine proper bend sequences, and measure finished parts using calipers and tape measures in both imperial and metric units. Maintain product quality by following established procedures, adhere to workplace safety policies, and perform material handling and heavy lifting as required. Work the weekend shift from Friday to Sunday, 7:30am to 8:00pm daily, earning $24.95 per hour. Join our manufacturing team to support production requirements and perform other duties assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience operating and setting up press brake equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and manufacturing specifications
- Experience using precision measuring instruments, including calipers and tape measures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to safely perform physically demanding work, including heavy lifting
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Friday to Sunday, 7:30am - 8:00pm daily)
