Job Summary
Set up and operate brake press machines to bend and shape metal parts according to specifications while reading blueprints and technical drawings. Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to ensure optimal performance, monitor production processes, and make adjustments to maintain quality standards. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Requires high school diploma, technical training in machining, and experience with press brakes, measurement gauges, and laser punch presses. Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience as a Brake Press Operator or similar role in a manufacturing setting
- Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
