Job Summary
Lead the brake press department by coaching, training, and instructing team members while setting up and operating press brake and related equipment. Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations, follow clean-up procedures, and demonstrate a strong work ethic with a willingness to cross-train for other tasks. Requires 3+ years of brake press setup experience and basic math skills for precise measurements. Full-time 1st shift Monday through Friday 7AM-3PM at $28/hr. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of brake press set up experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- High School diploma or GED
- Team player with a positive, 'can do' attitude
- Basic mathematical skills and ability to perform precise measurements using a tape measure
Desired Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- A certificate from college or technical school
