Job Summary
Set up and operate CNC press brake equipment to bend and form sheet metal components according to engineering drawings and specifications. Verify machine programs, tooling selection, and setup requirements before production begins. Inspect formed parts to ensure compliance with dimensional, quality, and customer specifications. Perform routine machine checks, preventative maintenance, and material flow management. Monitor brake programs to identify efficiency improvements and communicate production issues to the Fabrication Lead. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals, cross-train in laser cutting and punch operations, and support other departments during downtime. Follow all safety policies, maintain a clean work area, and prioritize tasks through LYNQ. Full-time schedule Monday through Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with 35-40 hours per week and overtime as required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous manufacturing experience in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and production documentation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Effective verbal communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a production environment
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation
- Ability to work safely around moving machinery and manufacturing equipment
- Ability to use hand tools, measuring devices, and material handling equipment
- Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Hours
- 35-40 hours per week

Desired Qualifications
- Previous CNC press brake operation experience
- Experience with sheet metal fabrication processes
- Familiarity with laser cutting, punching, or other fabrication equipment
- Experience using precision measuring instruments such as tape measures, calipers, and angle gauges
