Job Summary
Brake and Alignment Technicians service and install brake, alignment, and suspension system parts and components, test driving vehicles, and performing offsite and emergency road services while delivering excellent customer service and adhering to company policies and Code of Conduct. Responsibilities include installing or servicing hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering components; testing and installing batteries; tire and wheel dismount/mount, wheel rebalancing, TPMS component work, operating service vehicles, and referring customers to other qualified staff as needed. On-the-job training is provided; package includes competitive pay with benefits and profit-sharing opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work in a rapid pace environment
- frequent lifting up to 75 pounds (and up to 35 pounds regularly)
- frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking and standing
