Job Summary
Brake & Alignment Technician responsible for the service and installation of brake, alignment, and suspension system parts and components, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies. Primary duties include installing or servicing hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts; testing and installing batteries; dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies, rebalancing wheels, replacing/rebuilding/recalibrating TPMS components; using hand tools; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services. Strong emphasis on customer service and referencing other qualified employees when needed.
Required Qualifications
