Job Summary
Brake & Alignment Technicians are responsible for servicing and installing brake, alignment, and suspension system parts. Responsibilities include installing hydraulic/electric brake systems, testing batteries, mounting/dismounting tires, rebalancing wheels, and performing offsite emergency services. The position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Frequent physical activity is expected, including lifting and various movements. Les Schwab provides on-the-job training.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a rapid pace environment
- Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds
- Occasional lifting up to 75 pounds
- Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling
- Continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing
