Job Summary
Brake & Alignment Technician responsible for installing or servicing hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering components, testing and installing batteries, dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies with rebalancing, replacing/rebuilding TPMS components, and performing offsite and emergency road services. Provides excellent customer service and follows company policies and Code of Conduct; uses hand tools and equipment, assists other staff, and may drive service vehicles. On-the-job training is provided to develop skills in brake and alignment work, with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a rapid pace environment
- Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, occasional lifting up to 75 pounds
- Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing
