Job Summary
Brake & Alignment Technicians are responsible for the service and installation of brake, alignment, and suspension system parts and components. Duties include installing and servicing hydraulic/electric brake systems, managing suspension and alignment tasks, testing and installing batteries, managing tire and wheel assemblies, and performing vehicle test drives. Excellent customer service is essential, along with the ability to assist other employees and operate service vehicles for emergency road services. On-the-job training is provided, and physical requirements include frequent lifting and movement.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a rapid pace environment
- Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds
- Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, and continuous squatting, reaching, walking, and standing
