Job Summary
Brake & Alignment Technician responsible for the service and installation of brake, alignment, and suspension system parts and components, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies and Code of Conduct. Primary responsibilities include installing or servicing hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts; testing and installing batteries; dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies, rebalancing wheels, and replacing/rebuilding/calibrating TPMS components; using tools; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles; and operating service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services; great customer service and referrals to other qualified employees as needed.
