BPS & AI engineer_PS

Bridge between the production area and digital/AI developers. Responsible for collecting and clarifying business needs from MOE and driving the practical application and rollout of BPS and AI solutions. Support Value Streams in daily operations by facilitating CIP and empowering associates with user-friendly digital and AI tools. AI implementation includes needs analysis with production teams, supporting implementation and daily AI/digital applications (e.g., AI associates, AI for quality improvement), and tool utilization with GenAI, low-code platforms (e.g., Dify), and Text-to-SQL to improve document processing, problem analysis, and data extraction. BPS implementation and CIP include applying the BPS system (tact, flow, rhythm), facilitating fast improvement activities, using digital dashboards to visualize Throughput Time (TPT) and eliminate waste, and integrating traditional BPS methods with shopfloor digital tracking tools. Training and empowerment cover competence building, digital culture initiatives (Shopfloor EDT Learning Camp), and education. Requires Master’s degree and experience in production/lean manufacturing, familiarity with digitalization concepts, and strong communication skills to collaborate with production and IT/AI developers. The role emphasizes leading change, problem-solving, and rapid learning to apply digital tools in a business context.
