Job Summary
Visualize business operations, identify pain points, and define optimal solutions based on data. Objectively propose issue resolution, solution, and monitoring approaches while initiating meetings between clients and vendors to accelerate decision-making. Proactively ensure project smoothness by collaborating with business partners, fostering team communication, and standardizing deliverables using the ABeam Project management methodology. Maintain integrity, curiosity, and continuous skill development for both yourself and team members. Participate in pre-sales activities as needed to contribute to new business acquisition.
Required Qualifications
- Experienced in Consulting Company or Finance industry, specializing in Operation and IT transformation
- Experienced in overall project management (Business requirement, IT and operation implementation) with proven track record and keeping up to date with industry standard practices
- Detail oriented with ability to analyze data and derive hypothesis logically
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Not hesitate to discuss with Clients at equivalent level and good at constructing good relationship
- Integrity, curiosity and strong willingness to learn new things from any situation as a professional consultant
- Proficient in English, with strong communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
