Job Summary
Lead the Insurance Customer Service team onsite at McKinley Hill, Taguig, managing daily operations and ensuring compliance with FINRA Series 6 or 7 licensing requirements. Coordinate night shift rotations on a rotating schedule to maintain coverage and oversee performance metrics for the CSR Insurance account. Manage a minimum of one year of relevant experience and two years of college education, utilizing strong verbal and written communication skills in English to guide the team. Ready to start immediately.
Required Qualifications
- Completed a minimum of 2 years of college, with no pending subjects
- Hold an active FINRA Series 6 or 7 license
