Job Summary
Proactively source and headhunt candidates for BPO roles using AI-driven tools, then pre-screen and interview applicants to act as their career consultant. Manage vacancies from initiation to placement, maintaining continuous follow-ups to ensure successful hires and candidate satisfaction. Pitch opportunities, negotiate expectations, and close placements with a sales mindset while integrating into a multicultural, innovative team. This internship includes certified onboarding in Recruitment Specialization and access to professional development benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Location: Based in or willing to commute to Vila Nova de Famalicão
- Language: Strong communication skills with a fluent/good level of English
- Mindset: You understand the BPO world (Call Centers, Sales, Tech Support)
