Job Summary
Drive process improvements and transformation using Lean Six Sigma, automation, and analytics to enhance healthcare voice account operations. Monitor operations for risk identification and mitigation while managing seamless transitions of critical quality items. Lead and guide a team of Black Belts to ideate and execute small- and large-scale projects. Requires at least five to seven years of process excellence experience with a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Night shift rotation with three days onsite in Cebu City. Hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2nd years in college
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
- 5 to 7 years of related work experience in process excellence/improvement
