Job Summary
Monitor BPO performance against SLAs and KPIs, identify performance gaps, collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to implement corrective actions, and provide transparent, data-driven reporting. Build strong relationships with BPO partners to ensure accountability and service quality, with a focus on continuous improvement, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration. Requires independent work with the ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across teams; experience in vendor management and SLA/KPI frameworks is a plus.
