BPO Finance (Business Process Owner)

Job Summary
Own and optimize end-to-end finance processes as the Business Process Owner (BPO) during the ERP rollout. Serve as the primary finance process contact, define standardized and harmonized processes aligned to global policies, drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, oversee change management and system enhancements for finance, validate functional requirements for finance modules and integrations, support testing and deployment, identify pain points and automation opportunities within finance workflows, and collaborate with the CFO, functional leads, BPAs, and the ERP project manager to ensure successful Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) rollout across related modules (CE and FSM).
Required Qualifications
- Strong finance background including accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance
- Experience with ERP implementations, preferably in global or multi-entity environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) is highly desirable
- Ability to define and document processes, governance models, and change management plans
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management in English (verbal and written)
- Experience with Lean and Six Sigma or similar process-improvement methodologies is a plus
