BPM Process Analyst

Job Summary
BPM Process Analyst responsible for end-to-end BPM and process mining engagements using ARIS, leading workshops with global collaborators, and producing high-quality process models (L3–L5) that adhere to enterprise standards. Will translate business requirements into structured process maps, maintain process repositories as a single source of truth, and support governance, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requires strong collaboration, documentation, and facilitation skills, with experience in ARIS, BPMN/EPC modelling, and process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, Signavio).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, Commerce, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in BPM / Six Sigma (preferred)
- Strong expertise in process mapping using ARIS (mandatory)
- Solid understanding of BPM methodologies and BPMN/EPC modelling standards
- Experience in end-to-end process documentation and governance
