BPF Analyst

Job Summary
Responsible for the full cycle of accounting operations, leading the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, preparing financial statements, maintaining the general ledger, and assisting in improving internal controls. Key duties include posting and reviewing transactions across revenue, costs, expenses, assets, liabilities, and equity; preparing notes to financial statements; performing financial data analysis and explaining variances; tax compliance including VAT and corporate income tax; managing fixed and intangible assets, depreciation, and reconciliations of AR/AP; coordinating with internal and external auditors to support audits; ensuring compliance with Chinese Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises and relevant financial/tax regulations; managing treasury activities such as USD payments and conversions to RMB, and collaborating with banks. Additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant finance or accounting experience
- Professional accounting certifications such as Mid-level Accountant Title
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills
- Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
- English can be work language
- Plus: Experience or strong interest in working with AI or automation tools
