BPA Program Manager - UNSS

Oversee and manage the BPA, including hosting, coordinating, and participating in all BPA Level meetings with the IRS. Exercise full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor on all award matters relating to daily operations. The IRS User Network Services Support contract supplies and maintains all deskside technology, including phones, provides workstation software standardization and security management, inventories data-processing equipment, and conducts annual asset certification. This role serves as the single point of contact for reporting IT issues and supports the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program.
