Job Summary
Service, install, and repair residential and commercial water treatment equipment while representing Culligan professionally within the community. Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot problems to exceed customer expectations by delivering tailored solutions. Promote and sell various Culligan products and services to enhance the customer experience. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, critical thinking, and the ability to work under deadlines in physically demanding conditions, including moving products weighing up to 185 lbs. Candidates must possess at least one year of customer service experience and successfully complete a DOT physical exam. The position offers paid training, tuition reimbursement, and a schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday.
