Job Summary
Direct all phases of the boys soccer athletic program at Pasco High School, including game management, player development, and adherence to WIAA and district rules. Coordinate out-of-season camps and clinics as needed. Obtain a Type 2 coaching license and attend required district and WIAA trainings on concussion management and eligibility. Maintain a high school diploma and meet all Washington Interscholastic Activities Association requirements. Complete fingerprint screening prior to employment. Apply by July 22, 2026, at 4:00pm. Salary is based on the current coaching schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Type 2 license or willingness to obtain
- Must meet WIAA coaching requirements
- Follow all WIAA and/or district rules, policies and guidelines
- High School Diploma, required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attend District training regarding concussion management
- Attend other district and/or WIAA trainings required to maintain coaching eligiblity
Desired Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Teaching Certificate
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Previous coaching experience at high school or collegiate level
