Job Summary
Provide soccer-specific instruction and guidance to student-athletes while supporting the Head Coach or Associate Head Coach in all necessary duties. Facilitate weekday practices in-season, assist in developing program strategy and cohesion techniques, and help facilitate and manage games. Coordinate strength and conditioning, implement in-game instructions, and align program values with the school's mission. Serve as a mentor athletically and spiritually to student-athletes, adhering to sports medicine guidelines and communicating safety concerns. This seasonal position requires approximately 14 hours per week. Candidates must subscribe to the Academy's Statement of Faith and be active in a Christian congregation.
