Job Summary
JV Boys Hockey Coach for Wakefield Memorial High School for the 2026-2027 school year. Responsibilities include coaching individual participants in basic and advanced skills for maximum achievement within the team setting; providing leadership to build a program for sustained success; teaching and enforcing standards of discipline and sportsmanlike behavior; monitoring adherence to MIAA rules; staying up to date with required training; attending Athletic Director meetings; creating an environment that supports and encourages student participation in athletics; adhering to practice schedules and medical compliance as required by the league.
Required Qualifications
- MIAA Certified Coach / NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching
- Varsity Coaching Experience
- Hockey Background (playing or coaching)
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion and energy to promote Educational Athletics
- CPR / First Aid Certifications
