Job Summary
Lead and mentor varsity boys and girls tennis players; plan and implement training and practice schedules; organize competitive play and team travel; assess individual players’ skills and provide feedback and improvement plans; foster teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship; mentor students’ academic and personal growth; engage with school community and local organizations; ensure health and safety protocols are followed; may involve Edustaff position; work closely with the Athletic Director and coaching staff to support team success both on and off the court.
Required Qualifications
- Previous coaching experience, particularly at the high school or collegiate level
- Strong knowledge of techniques, strategies, and rules
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- First aid and CPR certification (preferred)
