Job Summary

Senior Associate of Portfolio Operations under the Managing Director mentorship, ensuring operational strategies are implemented to support growth of assigned portfolio companies. Key duties include reviewing financial reports to ensure alignment with budget, monitoring working capital, implementing tools for real-time data capture, supporting portfolio operations through financial auditing and reporting, building relationships, and staying current with industry trends. Assist in developing strategic growth initiatives, identifying opportunities to prepare portfolio companies for sale, and supporting deal teams on buy-side due diligence, post-acquisition integration, and the sale process. Requires BA/BS in Business or Accounting; 3-4 years of audit experience at a large national firm; 2 years of transaction advisory is a plus; CPA license is a plus; ability to be on-site; strong analytical and communication skills.
