Job Summary
Boxing Instructor needed for an on-call/substitute role at Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness in Bentonville, AR. Lead high-energy boxing and related group exercise classes (dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, circuit) when regular instructors are unavailable, keeping members energized, challenged, and coming back for more. Requires current group-exercise/instructor certification from ACE/AFAA/NASM/ACSM/NETA/NCCPT or boxing-specific certification, and CPR/AED and First Aid certificates prior to start. 2+ years of group exercise instruction experience preferred. Strong ability to engage participants, manage on-site onboarding/timecard systems, and deliver safe, effective, and fun workouts.
Required Qualifications
- Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT certification or boxing specific certification required
- Adult and pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date
- 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred
- Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required
