Boxing Instructor, Plano

Deliver the Equinox Experience to members in each boxing class, adhering to the class description while modifying intensity and continuously monitoring exercise levels. Ensure classes begin and end on time, teaching regularly while keeping substitutions to a minimum. Communicate with the Group Fitness Manager regarding member feedback, equipment status, scheduling, and subbing needs. Maintain current CPR/AED certification and discipline-specific certification, demonstrating knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, and exercise modifications for all populations. This role requires a friendly, vibrant, and energetic instructor eager to learn and continue professional development.
