Job Summary
Boxing Club Advisor (Stipend) within One91 at Burnsville High School. The role focuses on relationship-building and supporting student participation in co-curricular activities. Ideal candidates will know applicable school policies, manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively with staff, parents, students, and community members, be receptive to feedback, and demonstrate a strong work ethic dedicated to enriching student learning experiences in athletics/activities. This is a 1.0 FTE stipend position for the full year with a $2300 stipend, aligned with the One91 pathway approach and district equity commitments.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of State, Federal, and ISD 191 School Board Policies regarding student conduct and appropriate disciplinary action.
- Evidence of and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills when working with coworkers, parents, community members, supervisor, and students.
- Ability to receive feedback and adjust accordingly.
- Strong work ethic and dedication to further the benefits of student participation in co-curricular activities.
- Ability to perform essential job functions.
