Job Summary
Oversee logistics systems and daily operations while coordinating distribution processes across departments. Develop and improve inventory purchasing processes, handle direct customer payments, and input data into shipping/receiving software. Assist with stacking, shipping orders, and addressing organizational issues to maintain efficiency. Learn the current system data system and teach others. Shifts range from 10 to 12 hours, with specific rotations available. This role supports Goodwill of Colorado's mission through dependable warehouse management and customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or other related field
- Previous experience with shipping and receiving
- Experience as a manager or supervisor
- Strong leadership qualities
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have own reliable transportation
- Able to stand on feet for 12 hours during a shift
- Prior hospitality experience
- Good customer service
