Job Summary
Conduct assigned tasks and production goals while ensuring all company policies and food safety protocols are followed. Partner with operators to successfully hit daily targets, making sure product quality meets requirements before boxing. Verify each box has the correct label and that packaging prevents contamination. Work with flexibility across multiple departments including SUR, hand pack, mixing, roasting, polishing, Finn-coating, and enrobing. Maintain knowledge of scales and tape guns, and adhere to GMP, SSOP, HACCP, SQF, and all food safety trainings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to understand the process of the job required
- Make sure the quality of the product meets requirements
- Knowledge of a scale and tape gun
- GMP, SSOP, HACCP, SQF and all food safety/pre-requisite program trainings
- Make sure each box has the correct label
- Make sure packaging is correct to prevent any kind of contamination
- Willing to be flexible in multiple departments, SUR, hand pack, mixing, roasting, polishing, Finn-coating, and/or enrobing
- Must pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug screen
