Job Summary
Box Truck Medical Driver responsible for safely driving a company-owned box truck to transport lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, x-rays, hospital supplies, and related materials. Operate a handheld scanner, perform pre/post-trip inspections, maintain professional appearance, and adapt to varying routes and client needs. Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving history, DOT medical certification (or ability to obtain), pass background checks and drug screening, and lift up to 50 pounds. Night shift schedule (11:45 pm–8:00 am) with a $22 base hourly rate plus a $1 night-shift differential for late hours; full-time position with company benefits and opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving history
- Able to obtain DOT Medical Certification
- Able to pass drug screening
- Able to pass background check
- English language proficiency
- Must be physically capable to lift up to 50 pounds
- Familiarity with technology
- Ability to follow procedures
- Ability to walk/stand for long periods
