Job Summary
Box Truck Driver drives 26-28 ft company box trucks to make local route deliveries, loads/unloads, inspects vehicles, and completes paperwork to meet DOT regulations. Responsibilities include coordinating with Fleet Management on maintenance, reporting defects, and adhering to delivery schedules; requires 1-3 years of experience, valid driver license with state endorsement, ability to pass drug screens and DOT medical card, and ability to lift 75+ lbs. Schedule is Monday–Friday with shifts around 5:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. or 1:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m.; includes quarterly safety bonus and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of previous experience driving 26-28 FT box trucks or other CMV over 10,001 lbs
- Valid truck driver license and state endorsement
- Willing to submit to drug screens, background checks and maintain a valid DOT medical examiner's card
- Operate / Drive a forklift
- No recent moving or driving violations, insurable at standard rate
