Job Summary
Operate a box truck safely, ensuring compliance with HSSE policies. Conduct thorough inspections and load/unload trucks and containers. Maintain contact with dispatcher and prepare relevant documentation. Knowledge in operating under DOT regulations, HAZMAT handling, and mechanical aptitude is essential. Must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, customer focus, and the ability to drive in adverse weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Two to three years driving experience
- CDL Class B required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with lift gates, forklifts, and pallet jacks
- Previous material handling and HAZMAT experience
