Job Summary
Collect and deliver medical waste containers from healthcare customer locations throughout NYC, NJ, DE, and PA using a 26 ft box truck. Safely operate the vehicle, perform pre-trip and post-trip evaluations, and push a 200lb cart for loading and unloading. Comply with DOT regulations, log hours, and address roadside inspections while maintaining strict time schedules. Provide strong customer service and communicate any delivery changes clearly. Requires a Class B license, clean driving record, and valid DOT medical card. Direct hire role with consistent 5 AM to 3 PM Monday through Friday hours.
Required Qualifications
- Class B license with a clean driving record and VALID DOT MEDICAL CARD
- Minimum 3 years experience operating 26 foot box truck
- Passing our 7 Year FADV review in the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse
- Experience with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle evaluations
- Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours, roadside inspections
- Can-do attitude with a strong customer focus
- Proven longevity in past employment
