Job Summary
Use a computerized ticketing system for walk-up ticket sales and accurately process payments while following all proper box office selling and payment procedures. Provide high-level customer service by tactfully resolving ticketing issues and assisting patrons with accessing, transferring, and accepting mobile tickets prior to entering Snapdragon Stadium. Work evenings and weekends as required, maintaining punctual and reliable attendance in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an hourly rate of $18.00–$20.00 with 401(k) matching benefits. The position remains open until September 18, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Previous retail and/or customer service experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Engaging, enthusiastic, and able to keep that same composure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
- Must have punctual and reliable attendance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience handling cash preferred
