Job Summary
Sell admission tickets and assist customers with Will Call tickets at Truist Arena in Highland Heights, KY. Accept payment, make change, and provide accurate information regarding events, tickets, and schedules in person or by telephone. Balance cash and receipt drawers with a manager at the end of each shift. This part-time, as-needed role requires flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules. A valid driver's license, high school diploma, and six months of cash handling experience are required. Ticketmaster knowledge is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- 6 (six) months to 1 (one) year of cash handling experience
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with clients, employees, exhibitors, patrons and others encountered in the course of employment
- Ability to work with limited supervision and as a team member
