Job Summary
Receive ticket purchase orders via smartphone app and travel to venue box offices to buy tickets using a company-provided credit card. Enter purchase details into the app immediately after completing transactions, then tickets are shipped to us. Earn commissions on every ticket sold, paid weekly via direct deposit. Requirements include being at least 18 years old, eligible to work in the US, and able to drive or walk to venues. You must have a smartphone, communicate via SMS, and be accurate, detail-oriented, and trustworthy. Work approximately two days per week, 1–4 hours daily, generally between 10:00am and 9:00pm. No prior experience necessary, though rideshare or delivery background is helpful.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be eligible to work in the US
- Be physically able to drive, ride or walk to venues to buy tickets
- Have a smartphone to interface with company to view order requests and enter detailed purchase information
- Be able to work approx 2 days per week, 1 - 4 hours per day - generally between 10:00am - 9:00pm (venue box office hours vary greatly)
- Be able to communicate with REPS through SMS
- Be accurate, detail-oriented and result-driven
- Be trustworthy, reliable, and engaging
- Have good verbal communication skills
