Job Summary
Greet customers with a positive demeanor, communicate event details, seating options, and pricing to assist guests in selecting tickets, and process orders while collecting payments. Follow cash handling and inventory procedures to ensure asset security, resolve customer concerns by providing superior service or escalating to a supervisor as needed, and demonstrate upselling knowledge of upcoming events. Maintain facility cleanliness, assist coworkers, and contribute to a positive team dynamic. Available to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
