Job Summary
Lead the box office operations at Exmouth Pavilion, overseeing day-to-day box office activities, managing ticket sales and bookings, and leading the Box Office Team to deliver high standards of customer service. Act as the first point of escalation for customer and team queries, monitor performance, support sales to maximise revenue, and assist with event delivery in collaboration with front-of-house teams. Oversee cash handling and reconciliations, and provide support to the Programming & Events Coordinator to ensure continuity across the events programme. Requires strong leadership, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, experience with ticketing/booking systems, and a proactive, hands-on approach suitable for a fast-paced live-events environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong leadership or supervisory experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Confidence using ticketing or booking systems
- A proactive, hands-on approach and ability to work under pressure
- Experience in a theatre, events or entertainment setting would be a big advantage
