Job Summary
Be part of Live Nation’s HISTORY Ottawa venue team handling in-person ticket sales using the Ticketmaster system. Responsibilities include balancing and accounting for credit card receipts from sales, describing venue layouts and seating to customers, organizing and distributing will-call tickets, and maintaining exemplary customer service per Live Nation standards. Strong verbal and written communication, basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), and general cash handling experience are preferred. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Compensation in Ontario is $20 per hour.
